Fine Cut Land & Construction LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through finecutco.com (the “Site”) and in the course of our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including choices for California residents. - Commercial & service information — the service you request, quote and appointment details, and records of our communications with you.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation, or other “sensitive personal information” through the Site, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.

Any advertising cookies we may use could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; for California visitors these are off until you opt in, and you can opt out at any time as described below.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Fine Cut Land & Construction LLC related to your service, appointments, quotes, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This SMS section applies to all of the sharing described in this Policy.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Delete personal information we collected from you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;

How to Exercise Your Rights
To opt out of advertising and analytics cookies, use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not respond differently to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request from a California resident to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and non-essential cookies stay off unless you choose to enable them.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
