Before anything gets built, the land has to be right. Fine Cut handles site work from raw acreage through a finished, buildable pad — clearing, grading, drainage, drives, and utility coordination.
Because we also build the structure that goes on it, site work and construction are planned together instead of handed between two contractors. That keeps drainage, pad elevation, and access working with the finished building rather than against it.
